"...the mind's muddy river, this ceaseless flow of trivia and trash, cannot be dammed, and that trying to dam it is a waste of effort that might lead to madness." - Anne Dillard, Pilgrim at Tinker Creek

J.C. Montgomery

A native San Franciscan currently residing as a Northern Nevadan, J.C. Montgomery spends her days seeking a job that is more than just a paycheck. Firmly believing that fulfillment doesn’t come with a dollar sign, she hopes to one day find that perfect match between her talents and someone willing to support her addiction to skinny vanilla lattes.

When not reading, writing, and panhandling for lattes, J.C. quilts and plays ice hockey. She often dreams of someday owning her own coffee house/used book store, which would be conveniently sandwiched between an ice rink and a quilt shop.

She can also be found reading and reviewing books as The Biblio Brat and posting to her online journal Loose Leafs from A Commonplace. She also is addicted to enjoying her time at RedBubble, an online art gallery and creative community.
